I don't know what kind of establishment this is but it is absolutely failing their patients. My mother was told by her doctor that she tested positive for colon cancer last month, about a week or so before Thanksgiving. It is now December 18th and the best that this establishment has been able to offer her, is a colonoscopy scheduled out in JULY! HOW IN ANY RIGHT MIND IS THAT ACCEPTABLE?! By July, if she really does have cancer, it may have spread to other parts of her body so then she is left with little to no options. She always has to hunt someone down to find out what is going on or if anything was scheduled, she didn't hear back until at least 3 weeks later about when they had a colonoscopy scheduled for her. This is absolutely inhumane and it's pointless trying to call anyone at this establishment because no one seems to have any answers or the ability to help! This message is obviously not a nice one but it is also a cry out for help. HELP YOUR PATIENTS! I would give negative stars if that was an option. No ones loved ones should have to go through what my mother is going through which is taking a huge toll on her mental health!

If you want to get the wrong medicine. Allow them to make excuses why they don't fill your medicine . Don't mind waiting for hours for your medicine to be filled to find out no one put the order in or they blame it on the doctor to never have your medicine delivered even though they tell you they're going to deliver it and then blame you for it not being delivered This is the pharmacy for you If you want unprofessional Kelly the pharmacist is the one for you . She doesn't take any responsibility for her staff or for her own unprofessionalness has told me that my insurance paid for my medication so I'm getting it for free and I shouldn't be complaining about the way I'm being treated . Join now for the low low cost of your sanity your health your time and your money you can hear all the excuses the pharmacy makes to not give you your medicine and not want to provide better customer service. Also when you speak to any member of the pharmacy team make sure you have the recorder on your phone because they will lie. I encourage anyone who's having a problem with this pharmacy to report it to the State pharmacy as well as the better Business bureau. If enough people complain maybe they'
